The Nest Salon is a destination for excellence in hair and beauty, with two beautifully designed, female-only salons in Jumeirah and Sobha, Dubai. We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Front of House team member to join our growing team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering the warm, seamless and elevated experience that The Nest is known for.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

Creating a polished and welcoming first impression for all clients
Managing daily bookings via our online salon booking system
Answering client enquiries and coordinating appointment schedules
Supporting the team with smooth front-of-house operations
Maintaining a calm, organised reception environment at all times

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in a Front of House or Receptionist role within a salon, spa, or luxury service setting
Confident with online booking systems and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Warm, well-presented and highly professional with exceptional communication skills
Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus
Positive, team-focused, and passionate about client service
