Cancellation Policy – The Nest Salon
At The Nest Salon, we value our clients’ time and strive to provide the best service possible. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, but kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us respect the time of our team and other clients, and allows us to maintain a high standard of service.
Last minute cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before any future bookings.
Appointments made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 2 hours prior to the appointment to avoid incurring the same 50% cancellation fee.
We understand that emergencies do happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible so we can adjust the schedule accordingly.
Deposits
To secure your appointment, we require a 30% deposit at the time of booking. For longer appointments or services involving hair extensions, a 50% deposit may be required. All deposits are non-refundable and contribute toward the total service amount.
By booking an appointment at The Nest Salon, you confirm that you have read and agree to our booking, cancellation, and deposit policy.
Redo Policy
At The Nest Salon, we care deeply about making sure you leave completely happy with your hair, nails, or any service you receive. If something doesn’t feel quite right after your appointment, please don’t hesitate to let us know — we genuinely want you to love the result.
We understand that sometimes things might not turn out exactly as expected. If you feel an adjustment is needed, you’re welcome to return within two weeks of your hair appointment, and within one week for nail extensions, so we can make it right. No awkwardness — just let us know and we’ll do our best to fix it.
