I came in feeling quite...particular about the tone and overall finish I was hoping for, and she completely understood the vision straight away. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable and reassuring she was throughout the entire process. She took so much care in creating a result that felt soft, expensive, natural, and beautifully blended — exactly the kind of luxury balayage I had hoped for. Achieving the perfect balance with colour is such a skill, and Sienna absolutely nailed it. Not only is she exceptionally talented, but her professionalism and care truly stood out to me. She even reassured me that if after the first wash I felt anything needed adjusting before I return to the UK, she would happily fix it for me. That level of dedication and pride in her work says everything about her as a stylist. Thankfully, I genuinely do not think anything needs changing because she achieved it perfectly.
